Acting  for TV - Tutor: Eric Deacon

Instructors were amazing. Definitley need the 7 weeks, including the 2 days of shooting. Could have done with an isolated area, especially for filming. Made good friends and contacts.

Eric was honest, authentic, friendly, professional, encouraging, helpful. I have gained so much invaluable experience, advice and confidence in these 3 days and will be sure to book on further courses  in the future. The materials and course content were extremely helpful, well chosen, and well explained. Course was well taught, relaxed (as in, we all felt comfortable), and well paced. No negative points whatsoever.

I’ve learned a lot from Eric Deacon. He’s a great teacher. First of all he’s very generous, patient, he listens to whatever the student has to say and second he teaches them how to analyse every line written in a script which is very important because every line says something so it helps the actor in a way. He teaches the student how to get rid of all the cliches and really have an inner voice so he can be believable. He’ practical and not theoretical. At the end of the course, I learnt to be more confident, quicker in my way of thinking.
