Makeup for Film & TV – Tutor :  Natalie

I had a very good learning experience, for me this course was an introduction to the makeup artistry so when i started i had no idea of what involves the career. Natalie, the tutor is such a great facilitator for the practical knowledge and gave us the necessary tools for a good understanding of the subject! The room where we took the classes is excellent for the purpose of the class. I will miss the Saturdays at Lancing st!

Fashion Makeup – Tutor: Maryellen

I liked the fact the class was very small. I feel this maximised my learning as the teacher was able to explain things clearly without rushing due to lack of time or too many students. I also liked the teachers teaching methods, examples used, techniques, tips etc.

The reason i gave the five star, because of the teacher natalie oparah, she is very hard working lady toward her student, she all ways give information about the facilities / job were to look for. and will make sure we are happy doing the course. Natalie  try her best  level to help every step  of the make-up that we did.The best comment i will make about my teacher, Natalie wish my birthday ,which i wasnt were of. it was a fantastic feeling. It was great, I enjoyed with the teacher and other students ,  we be came friends after finishing the course, Natalie was so friendly with us.

The course was brilliant! It has a nice atmosphere and although it was only once a week for 6 weeks I’ve learnt a lot about make-up and the film/tv industry. The tutor was great, giving valuable tips and tricks to advance our understanding and ability as well as actively informing us of events. The support provided cannot be criticised. It is definitely a value stepping stone into  industry.

Maryellen is an amazing teacher. Learnt so much in three days and now i can use it for my photography which is great.The set up of the room was great, great size and lighting. Only two people in the course so we were constantly having to put make up on each other and take it off around 3 times a day.

Bridal Makeup – Tutor: Sital

I had a great time learning the application of bridal make up. The tutor (Sital) was very helpful and deliveredthe key points  very well. The atmosphere was friendly but professional and the models were nice and very patient too. I  waslucky to be the only student in the class, so the tutor gave all  attention to myself. Now I feel confident with the skills I have beentaught. The premisses was comfortable and I would suggest this course for all those interested in taking bridal make up.

I Found this course to be a great help in continuing on the right road to becoming a professional and credible make-up artist. Very worthwhile!  The facilities provided were more than adequate for the course, tools and products were provided for use in class in necessary. There was plenty of opportunity to learn, practise and ask questions on the course. Overall a great course, where i learned techniques and skills for life, thanks!

Very informative and a good introduction to make-up application, colour and skin analysis. Good pratical demonstrations and feedback and help during the classes. The only small criticism would be time keeping and sometimes information was not given that she thought she had provided.
